Here are a few fun pictures form our Halloween festivities. The kids had a great time trick or treating, and once again, we didn't get the best pictures of their costumes. however that being said, Holly begged to be a witch this year in stead of the sweet little red riding hood I had planned. Since Lincoln was the mad hatter for me last year I promised he could choose any costume this year, and so I made him a ninja. Alex was supposed to be Mr. Peanut, but I when the week of Halloween rolled around and I hadn't started I decided to go with a scarecrow. One side note: Alex threw such a fit when I went to put his costume on that Lincoln and I had to practically hold him down while bribing him with Hershey kisses just to get him into it.

I am loving Holly's costume! So cute. And is that embroidery on Lincoln's? Fancy! Alex is cute, too. How did you work out the striped tights?
Darling! Holly's hat is so cute and Lincoln looks awesome. As for Alex.... he could look cute in a paper bag. His costume is cute too, though.

Merilee's not answering, so I will. Maybe I shouldn't let the cat out of the bag, but the dragon is an iron on, and Merilee took some adult size striped tights and cut them down for Holly. She actually cut off the ends and then sewed them back on to the panty part. Just had to share that ... It still makes me laugh.
